Physiological Assessments

See the Results

Just as your Bike Fit position is unique, so is your Physiology. Whilst predicting your preferred fuel source at rest or setting your Training Zones using your FTP or generic Heart Rate values, you can use the Gold Standard of Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and VO2 Max Assessments using PNOE's Gas Analysis device.

Your genetics, training history, lean body mass and nutrition will all influence this.

With the PNOE RMR Assessment, we can understand your Fuel usage at rest and whether this is in line with what's expected.
