Comfort, Performance, Confidence & More!
Our 1 Position Bike Fit is the Best in Town including assessments both on and off the bike along with a Strength and Trunk assessment in our on-site gym facility.

We take you through the same initial Bike Fit process as our Foundation Fit including our initial chat to understand your experience, any current issues you may have and goals you're currently working towards. Information in hand we move on to our assessment of you in great depth!

Fit Process...
We're looking at your feet, knees, hips, spine, neck, general posture, shoulders, hands as well as some very important movement tests with some extras over the Foundation Fit to truly understand how you move.

Then it's on to the couch to both quantify range of motion at key joints and perform some vital clinical tests to understand what we may see on the bike.

This movement assessment is absolutely vital to the Bike Fit process.

With a deeper understanding of you, now we can measure + record your bike setup and replicate this on to our Bike Fitting jig, allowing us to make easy adjustments where required.

You're going to take a little spin on the jig whilst we look for anything that might need addressing using both video analysis and our trained eyes.

After all of this, now can we set about optimising your position.

With the same depth of analysis off the bike we'll be performing our in-depth analysis on the bike looking at...

-
Shoe and Cleat Setup with option for Sidas Custom Insole moulding
-
Saddle Height and Rider Interface
-
Saddle Positioning - Fore-Aft Setup
-
Riding Posture & How To Optimise
-
Cycling Technique
-
Arm Position
-
Hand and Wrist Position
-
Handlebar Height
-
Power Ramp test to check position
-
Further refinement where required

When we're both happy, we'll record the final position on the the fit forms (which you'll receive a link to) and replicate the jig position on to your bike as closely as possible. Where changes may be required, we'll discuss all required components changes (if these have taken part during the fit) including seatpost style, stem length and angle, handlebar width and style, crank length.

Now we take you out onto the gym floor to show you some mobility drills (where required) and put you through a trunk and movement screen. Based on what we see, you'll receive some recommendations on what could be limiting your current performance and how to remedy these. The 3 Hours will fly by!

1 Position Fit now complete, it's over to you. Head out, ride the new setup and let us know how you get on. We love to hear you're happy with your setup and if you're not, let us know and we'll get you back in to ensure you're 100% satisfied!
